Escaping Your Comfort Zone hikes are for plus size, or body positive women and non-binary people. They are slow paced, inclusive and non-judgemental.
If you are wondering if you’re fit enough for this hike, the answer is YES! We all need to start somewhere and this is a great place to start. This walk is paced for the slowest in the group, and we will be stopping at regular intervals to allow everyone to re-group.
This is a slow paced hike that will take 1.5 – 2hrs. We will finish the hike with lunch at the cafe.
